Terms of use

You may use the sites for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

• try to break, overload or scrape the sites, or get around the checks on the waitlist form;
• submit sign-ups for someone else without their agreement;
• use the sites to send spam or to pretend to be Windmark Games or anyone else.

Joining the waitlist is free. It gives you news about Windmark Games and Podium. It does not reserve a copy of Podium, a price, or early access, and we may close the waitlist at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your sign-up.

The text, logos, images, car renders, screenshots and other material on the sites belong to Windmark Games or are used with permission. You may view and save it for personal use and quote short passages with credit. You may not copy, reuse or sell it otherwise without our written permission.

Trademarks belong to their owners. Names of platforms and companies, such as iOS, Android, Mac, PC and the app stores, are used to describe where Podium is or will be available. They do not mean the owners endorse Podium.

Podium is a work of fiction. Its teams, drivers, staff, series and circuits are fictional and are not affiliated with any real racing series, team, driver or circuit. Screenshots show sample data from the game’s development builds.

Plans, features, platforms and dates, including the planned release in early 2027, are provisional. They may change or be withdrawn. Nothing on the sites is a promise to deliver a feature or release Podium on a given date. The price has not been decided.

Podium is not yet available. When it is released, your use of it will be governed by these terms and by the licence you accept on installation, and by the terms of the app store you download it from. Where they conflict, the licence you accept on installation applies to the game.

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Podium on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell or distribute Podium, or use software to cheat, automate play or interfere with the game.
• Your career saves are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups you care about.
• Any purchases, subscriptions and refunds will be governed by the app store’s terms and the store’s refund policy.

The sites and Podium are provided as they are, without any promise that they will always work, be error-free, or be available.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from the sites or from Podium. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, you keep the rights that Irish and EU consumer law gives you, and these terms do not take them away. Where a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you may also bring a case in the courts of that country.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page. Where a change affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. If you do not agree to the change, stop using the sites and Podium.
